First IsraTech Funds ('FIF') are managed jointly by Reico 2005 Ltd. (Zwi Vromen)* and UK based
Alberdale. FIF raised a total of $14 million from an international group of seasoned investors. FIF began its investments program in early 1997, focusing on emerging Israeli or Israeli-related technologies in Life Science. In addition to the equity contribution, FIF's portfolio companies benefit from its managerial expertise and hands-on business approach. The Fund provides access to global corporations and international marketing partners. FIF takes an active role in recruiting key personnel and works closely with management on business and product strategies. FIF networks extensively with European and US financial institutions, thus facilitating subsequent fund-raising rounds. |

In the field of Crown & Bridge, Cadent is presently developing the EID (Electronic Impression Device), a pen-like 3D scanner to enable impression-free acquisition of the relevant intra-oral topology. |
